Island Taste is a DBA of Polaris Village Ministries. It was established to raise scholarship funds for Polaris Village Academy and Polaris Village Early Learning Center.

We specialize in Afro-Caribbean Cuisine from the African Island of Cape Verde and the Caribbean Island of Monserrat. Our lunches are filled with spicy flavors that you will truly enjoy.
